At Econo Air, we’re not your typical HVAC or Solar solutions provider.
We’re Energy Solutions Consultants that will spend the time to review your Home or Building from a Holistic perspective.
While most companies believe just adding solar, or just changing out your water heater will provide you massive savings, they are missing the point.
Your home and the total consumption of energy is dependent on a myriad of influences.
On the consumption side, this can include such things as; Air conditioners, temperature settings, Water Heaters, Pool Pumps, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Attic and wall Insulation, Efficient Windows, Framing gaskets, Building Envelope wrap, Chimney damper seals, Crypto mining computers, Electric Cookers, EV Chargers, LED lighting, Underfloor heating etc.
We look at all these factors to determine where the big load savings can occur.
Let’s face it, you’re wasting money adding solar and batteries to your home if the equipment they’re powering are not energy efficient, or your home is leaking all that energy through the windows or roof.
Typically, solar (and now battery power-wall companies) will ask for three months of utility bills and size a system based on your current energy usage.
That’s just a band aid solution.
This approach does not address the thirty year old HVAC system or the thirsty pool pump using 70% of your daily electrical resources. The size and cost of that system could be reduced considerably by methodically walking a path of energy independence to reach some data driven conclusions.
Our goal at Econo Air is to help homeowners and building owners reduce or remove their dependence on electric and gas utilities.
We do this by replacing old and conventional energy hungry equipment with Hybrid equipment that is highly efficient, can run from multiple sources of power and reduce your overall energy consumption footprint.
Once we bring those consumption levels down, we can add solar and battery storage to further reduce dependence on utilities and provide all day / all night energy generation and supply.
